Preventive (PPMP–Planned Preventive Maintenance Program) Works:

A preventive maintenance program will be executed by Super Handyman after signing the contract by providing systematic visits as per contract type and provisions, trying to prevent MEP failures either before they could occur or else before they would develop in to major defects. The PPMP maintenance visits includes tests, measurements, adjustments and reporting about the required spare parts that will be required for repairing (Any spare part materials will be notified to the clients and will be charged additional after client approval).
Super Handyman will provide 4PPMP visits per year for electrical, AC and plumbing including annual cleaning of water tanks (for villas only). Client has to notify Super Handyman in advance or 48 hours before the scheduled PPMP visit in case of cancellation. In the event that client cancelled the appointment less than 48 hours or wasn’t able to provide Super Handyman employees with the complete access to the villa/property, Super Handyman shall consider this contractual PPMP visit as completed and cannot be rescheduled again.

Response Time/Scheduling

The following response time/ scheduling will be provided by Super Handyman:

EmergencyMaintenance: Arrival of maintenance team within 90 minutes after there corded time of call;
ReactiveMaintenance: Arrival of maintenance team during office hours of operation(9am–6pm);

Scheduled Maintenance: The appointment will be scheduled with the client.

Preventive Maintenance: Will be scheduled with the clients on a regular basis.

Materials and Labour Fees

Only suitable materials of equal or better quality than those originally installed will be used to effect repairs. Any spare parts or replacements items will be invoiced  separately after being approved by the client.
Super Handyman will end eavourat all times to expedite the sourcing of materials, however Super Handyman is not responsible if materials are unavailable in the market. Super Handyman does not offer any warranty on any materials or parts supplied except those coming from the manufacturer/supplier if applicable. Any parts Super Handyman will be removing as sample from the clients premises will be returned by Super Handyman in the same condition.
In case clients will provide materials from their side, Super Handyman will not be held liable for any fault that may rise related to the quality of the materials provided right after the installation. Additional Call out charges will be applicable if the parts or materials provided by the client got damaged due to the poor material quality.

Services Excluded

The following services are expressively excluded from the scope of this contract:

Call out charges for services not included on the scope of works Any works and services not expressively covered by this contract, not limited to any items supplied by clients as new fittings or refresh existing fittings for AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Masonry works etc, will be charged per call out rate basis (AED100/hour). In addition to the MEP services included in the AMC contract selected and described above, Super Handyman offers additional services as mentioned below.
